Step 2
We arrange a meeting to understand your organisation, your pain points, your desired outcomes and how we can help you achieve them.
Step 3
We design a draft session plan and send it to you for feedback. We do this until you are happy with the session design.
Step 4
We deliver the session and collect feedback from all participants and main stakeholders.

Traditional classroom
This is a face-to-face or online training session delivered by a trainer or facilitator. The whole material – both theoretical and practical sides of things – is covered in the same day(s)., your desired outcomes and how we can help you achieve them.
flipped classroom
A series of 3 events: pre-class, in-class and post-class work. In the pre-class, learners work through the theoretical part of the topic by themselves. Then they attend a shorter face-to-face or live online session that focuses on the practical application of the topic. And in the post-course learners work on real-life project back on the job to practice what they have learned.
webinar
A live session delivered online with minimal audience interaction and focus on practical tips and tricks for higher productivity. Usually there is little to no pre- or post-session work.
